SFU Harbour Centre Campus - November 16

  • Accessible for delegates with wheelchairs and walkers.
  • The staff are encouraged to use scent-free products. However, they do not enforce a scent-free policy on visitors or guests so there may be some scents in the space. Please help us by avoiding using scented products.
  • The chairs are padded banquet chairs with no arms.
  • Single-stall washrooms are available on both the first and second floor of the venue. 

Museum of Vancouver & Space Centre - November 17 & 18

  • Accessible for delegates with wheelchairs and walkers.
  • The staff are encouraged to use scent-free products. However, they do not enforce a scent-free policy on visitors or guests so there may be some scents in the space. Please help us by avoiding using scented products.
  • The chairs in the auditorium are fixed lecture-hall style with arms. The chairs in the other two conference rooms are basic metal folding chairs.
  • There are no gender-neutral washrooms available at the venue.
  • Two of the three workshop spaces have audio amplification, while the smaller space does not. 

SFU Goldcorp Centre for the Arts - November 17 Evening

  • Accessible for delegates with wheelchairs and walkers. Main Cinema entrance (3rd floor) provides accessible areas at the back of the theatre on either side. Stage entrance (2nd floor) provides accessible areas at the front of the theatre.
  • The staff are encouraged to use scent-free products. However, they do not enforce a scent-free policy on visitors or guests so there may be some scents in the space. Please help us by avoiding using scented products.
  • The chairs are fixed lecture-hall style with arms.
  • There are gender neutral washrooms on the third floor.
